Description We developed bismuth telluride selenide. The ratio of selenium to tellurium is fixed at 50-50% [Bi2Se3(1-x)Te3x x=0.5] Topological insulators are novel materials whose bulk is insulating and whose surface states are conducting. Our crystals are perfected to give you the best quality and reliability. The crystals are easily exfoliated and reach a monolayer unit cell thickness.
