We're searching for product sales managers that are both experienced and passionate to join our team.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for selling to customers who can create new materials and products using 2D crystalline materials or 2D CVD materials and will be primarily responsible for implementing sales strategies, building relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs based on product specifications and plans and producing appropriate products accordingly to support sales goals.

This entails not only strengthening existing client relationships but also establishing new ones. Our customers work in the sensor, electronics, and optoelectronics industries all over the world. The position also involves producing sales materials for industries where graphene can create customer value.

To address customer demands and give expert technical support to create and sustain relationships with customers and promote product sales, the ideal candidate will have great communication skills and a strong professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing customer orders from quote generation to final product delivery, and maintaining and improving satisfaction with existing partners
  • Coordinate and respond to customer requests for order schedules, invoice adjustments, product quality issues, and data updates
  • Responsible for handling customer requests for quotation-related documentation, and regulatory and professional technical support
  • Maintain communication with customers and potential customers to understand needs and challenges and actively explore new prospects
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics, application trends, and competitive trends and feedback to the team to develop business development plans
  • Achieve expected sales and revenue budgets for the region
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal/external stakeholders to support new processes to better serve our customers
  • Maintain a positive, understanding, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong professional background in micron and nanofabrication, characterization, and measurement techniques to address customer needs and provide expert technical support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, and good listening skills
  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork and customer service; behaves professionally; treats others with respect and dignity
  • Excellent organizational/planning/time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong internal personal skills, business acumen, and analytical skills
