2D Alloys

As a new member of the family of two-dimensional materials, two-dimensional alloys have been rapidly developed in recent years due to their unique physical and chemical properties. Different from free-standing atomically thin 2D materials such as graphene, the synthesis of 2D alloys mainly focuses on atomic-scale thin films or free-standing ultra-thin films with thicknesses ranging from a few nanometers to tens of nanometers under nanoscale geometric constraints. Two-dimensional alloys have some recent applications in bioimaging, photothermal therapy, sensing, nanodevices, and catalysis.

The 2D metal crystals sold by Alfa Chemistry can be found on this page. Our crystals are grown by a variety of different methods, including chemical vapor transport (CVT) flux zone technology, floating zone technology, and some of our patented technologies. If you need 2D alloy crystals for your scientific research, please contact us by email. If your research requires any special crystals, please feel free to contact us. Our R&D team will be happy to meet new challenges.
