Growth of metal sulfides on various oxide surfaces becomes much easier after spin-coating 10-1000 micromolar PTAS onto the desired substrate. Each order contains PTAS solids (in powder form) in argon-sealed glass vials, sufficient to produce large quantities (approximately 1 liter) of PTAS DI solution for successful CVD growth.
