Description

Description MoWS2 alloy is a semiconductor. We have many different types of MoWS2 alloys available, containing different ratios of Mo/W: ranging from alloys that are rich in Tungsten (close to 2H-WS2) to alloys with a high Molybdenum content (close to 2H-MoS2). The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. MoWS2 belongs to the group-VI transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC).

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits The MoWS2 crystals produced have a typical lateral size of ~0.6 cm, are hexagonal shaped and have a dark metallic appearance.
