Description MoNbSe2 ternary alloy transition metal dichachalcogenide crystals have been synthesized using flux zone growth method. Typical alloying ratio is set at 50:50% Nb0.5Mo0.5Se2. Their composition value was determined using XPS, SAED, and EDS measurements.
