Description

Description ZrSiS, as a theoretically predicted and experimentally demonstrated Dirac semimetal, exhibits Fermi liquid behavior with two Fermi pockets at low temperatures. When a magnetic field is applied, it maintains Weyl fermions. It is also shown that it may evolve into a topological insulator under external stimuli. These crystals are perfectly oriented on their basal planes for easy and efficient exfoliation processes, STM/ARPES characterization and electronic measurements.
