Description

Description Zirconium tritelluride (ZrTe3) is a semimetal that exhibits charge density waves (CDW) and superconductivity (Tc~2-5K) around 60-70K. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. It belongs to the group IV transition metal trichalcogenide.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits The ZrTe3 crystals we produce have a typical shape, flat needle-like, with a lateral dimension of about 0.6-0.8 cm, a width of XX, and a metallic appearance. Our crystals are engineered to achieve fairly low recorded defect densities (1E9-1E10cm-2) to produce environmentally stable ZrTe3 crystals.
