Description

Description Zirconium pentatelluride (ZrTe5) is a Dirac semimetal with unique topological electronic and optical properties. ZrTe5 is considered to be an interesting Dirac semimetal at the boundary between weak and strong topological insulators.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits Our synthesized ZrTe5 crystals crystallize in an orthorhombic layered structure of space group D2h. Prismatic chains of ZrTe5 run along the a-axis and are connected by zigzag chains of Te along the c-axis. These 2D layers are then stacked along the b-axis to form bulk crystals. Our ZrTe5 crystals are grown mainly by two different methods.
