Description

Description This product is the first WNbTe2 ternary alloy to produce new strongly correlated effects and properties. The W:Nb stoichiometric ratio of these crystals is approximately 0.7:0.3. They are produced using flux zone growth technology to ensure high crystallinity and quality.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits These crystals have guaranteed alloying and no phase separation (eg NbTe2 and WTe2). While their parent crystals (WTe2 and NbTe2) display quite exciting quantum properties (e.g. Wely fermions, fermion responses, and semimetallic behavior, etc.), their physical properties from bulk to monolayer are largely still unknown.

Application

Application Energy storage, catalysis, analytical chemistry, mechanics, adsorption, biology, microelectronics, sensors, etc.
