Description

Description The first NbWSe2 ternary transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) alloys. We have developed large defect-free niobium tungsten diselenide Nb(x)W(1-x)Se2 crystals with x values in the stoichiometric range of 0.3 to 0.45. These crystals are 99.9995% pure and have perfect crystallinity. The crystals are fully alloyed without any phase separation.

Features And Benefits The single domain size is large, the topological (stacking fault) defects are very few, and it is easy to exfoliate, and the monolayer yield is high. The 2D TMDCs crystals are grown using chemical vapor transport technology without any transport agent, which allows us to achieve high purity. These crystals have guaranteed alloying and optical/electronic responses.
