Description VTe2 is a member of group 5B TMDCs in which vanadium atoms are sandwiched between tellurium atoms. VTe2 exhibits excellent magnetic properties in the 2D limit and charge density response. This product is a flux region grown VTe2 vdW crystal with good environmental stability and 6N or higher purity.

Features And Benefits This unique material exhibits a structural phase transition from the 1T phase to the low temperature 1T' phase and finally to the low temperature CDW phase at about 480 K. It is also known that the room temperature stage depends on the number of layers used.
