Description This product is an ideal substrate for two-dimensional (2D) materials, eliminating waviness, surface roughness and doping (charge transfer) effects. Currently, the highest quality grades on the commercial market are V1 and higher. It is ready to be peeled off to a variety of substrates. It has very perfect basal cleavage, producing very thin flakes, which are often highly elastic and atomically flat surfaces.
