Description Our WSSe alloys have crystals of the formula WS2xSe2(1-x), perfectly crystallized in the 2H phase, and have different alloying ratios x. Our crystals are grown by chemical vapor transport (CVT) or flux zone using two different techniques, and their compositional values are determined from XPS, SAED and EDS measurements.
