Features And Benefits The hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) monolayer film has a lattice structure similar to that of graphene, with a lattice mismatch of only about 1.8%. The electrical conductivity of h-BN and graphene is different. h-BN has a band gap of 6.08 eV and is insulating, while graphene is considered a semimetal.
