Description

Description TiSe2 (1T phase) is a semimetal. 1T-phase TiSe2 crystals are vdW semimetals with charge density wave characteristics lower than Tc~202K. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. Titanium diselenide belongs to the group IV transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC).

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits Typical lateral dimensions of the TiSe2 crystals we produce are about 0.8 cm, hexagonal in shape, and have a metallic appearance. Our TiSe2 is close to 1 cm in size and is known for its low impurity resistance, high carrier mobility, extremely clean and sharp XRD peaks, and negligible amount of defects.
Our flux-region-grown TiSe2 crystal is considered the gold standard in the field of 2D materials because of its perfect electronic behavior and guaranteed CDW response. All crystals are perfectly layered and can be peeled off without any preparation.

Application

Application They are grown with solid-state scientific applications, electronic and optical measurements in mind, to scientific-grade quality and 99.9999% purity.
