Description

Description Titanium bromide (TiBr3) is a two-dimensional antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic semiconductor. The crystals exhibit perfect 0001 plane orientation as well as perfect in-plane crystallinity. The layers are largely separated from each other and can be exfoliated into a single layer using conventional mechanical exfoliation techniques.

Application

Application Energy storage, catalysis, analytical chemistry, mechanics, adsorption, biology, microelectronics, sensors, etc.
