Description

Description This product is a ferroelectric semiconductor SbSI 1D and 2D vdW crystal. The bulk V-VI-VII semiconductors have an orthorhombic structure with the Pna21 space group and crystallize in one-dimensional chains that are held together by van der Waals interactions. One-dimensional crystals that are exfoliated or mechanically cleaved. It has been shown to be a bulk light-emitting semiconductor, but the material properties of single-layer-thick SbSI remain unknown.
