Description

Description Sb2O3 is a layered oxide crystal with facile exfoliation properties very similar to graphene and MoS2. Sb2O3 crystals exhibit an optical band gap of about 3.2-3.7 eV and are considered as an alternative 2D dielectric for h-BN.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits The Sb2O3 layers crystallize in a layered cubic phase, giving them a unique quasi-1D chain structure, very similar to ReS2, TiS3, and other 2D anisotropic materials. Sb2O3 crystals were synthesized using flux zone technology with a purity of 99.9995N.

Application

Application as a catalyst as well as a single photon source
