Description

Description Phosphorus-arsenic alloy is a semiconductor. We offer different types of P-As alloys containing different P/As ratios. For small amounts of As, the crystals can still be cleaved as 2D crystals with unit cell parameters similar to those of black phosphorus. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers.
