Description

Description 2H-NbSe2 is a superconducting vdW crystal with charge density wave (CDW) and Weyl semimetallic properties. Its superconducting critical temperature is about 7.8K, and its charge density wave behavior is about 34K.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits Similar to molybdenum disulfide, it has a layered structure (lamellar) with weak interlayer coupling. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. 2H NbSe2 belongs to the group V transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC). NbSe2 exhibits metallic and superconducting behavior. undergoes a superconducting transition at low temperatures, exhibiting CDW behavior.
The 2H phase niobium diselenide crystals we produce have typical lateral dimensions of about 0.6-0.8 cm, are hexagonal and have a metallic appearance.

Application

Application New 2D semiconductors, topological insulators, and superconductors have numerous applications in advanced technologies, and Alfa Chemistry engineers can guide customers in material characterization and selection.
