Description

Description Nickel telluride (NiTe) crystals are layered metallic quantum materials. We synthesized NiTe crystals in the R3m layered form. Our NiTe single crystals are synthesized using the flux growth method without using any halide (I2, Br, Cl2) or magnetic (Fe, Ni, Co) impurities present in the crystal matrix.

Features And Benefits Material growth begins with the electrolytic purification of the precursor materials (Ni and Te) and a flux decantation process at high temperature. Our crystals guarantee environmental stability and electronic-grade quality, making them ideal for research and scientific applications. NiTe crystallizes in the R3m phase and is perfectly layered. As shown in our product photos, the crystal flakes off easily into thinner pieces. Typical product sizes are around 3-5mm and are single crystal in nature.
