Description

Description NbTe4 crystal is a quasi-one-dimensional CDW material belonging to the P4/mcc space group. In these materials, metal cation atoms form quasi-linear chains along the anisotropy axis. NbTe4 undergoes intense lattice reconfiguration around room temperature to form a disproportionate charge density wave (CDW) phase and further exhibits piezoelectricity-induced superconductivity.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits Our NbTe4 crystals are grown using the highest quality precursors of the highest purity and use a sophisticated technique (flux growth) to ensure that the crystals are free from contamination. Without these contaminations, we guarantee that high-voltage superconducting and CDW phases can be observed.

Application

Application Energy storage, catalysis, analytical chemistry, mechanics, adsorption, biology, microelectronics, sensors, etc
