Description

Description Our CVD products require ~10uM (for Mo, W based TMDCs) to ~1mM concentrations of perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid tetrapotassium salt (PTAS) (for Pt, Re and Sn based TMDCs) ). This solution is intentionally packaged as a 2mM liquid in 2mL vials to make approximately 200mL to 2L solutions. Therefore, the 2 mL bottle should be diluted to 200 mL (with DI water) to grow CVD MoS2, MoSe2, WS2, and WSe2 monolayers.

Application

Application PTAS is a nucleation promoter commonly used in the growth of 2D materials. PTAS is commonly used in this field as a nucleation promoter for wafer-scale synthesis of various 2D materials such as MoS2, MoSe2, WS2, WSe2, ReS2, ReSe2, PtS2, PtSe2, SnS2, and SnSe2.
