Description

Description Superconductivity in monolayers. Iron telluride selenide (FeTeSe) is a member of layered materials. FeTeSe is considered the parent material of the simplest family of iron-based superconductors.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits The crystal structure of iron telluride selenide consists of successively stacked layers of FeTeSe with square lattice layers of iron atoms sandwiched between twice sparse layers of bonded chalcogenide atoms in two P4nmm space groups. Overall, this crystal is similar to other popular layered materials such as graphite, graphene, MoS, etc., with weak interlayer coupling. The crystals are fully characterized and ready to be exfoliated.

Application

Application New 2D semiconductors, topological insulators, and superconductors have numerous applications in advanced technologies, and Alfa Chemistry engineers can guide customers in material characterization and selection.
