Description

Description Bulk vdW FeSe crystals are vdW superconductors with a critical temperature (Tc) of about 8K. It also exhibits a tetragonal-to-orthogonal structural transition at Ts ~90K. We synthesized crystals within 4 months using the Bridgman technique to achieve large single domain size, single crystallinity, and high purity.

Features And Benefits A single FeSe sheet consists of successively stacked FeSe layers with a square lattice layer of iron atoms sandwiched between two sparser layers of bonded chalcogenide atoms in the P4nmm space group.
The crystals are close to 4-6 mm in size and they are perfectly oriented in the 0001 direction, allowing tape stripping without any complex stripping techniques such as liquid phase or electrochemical methods.
