Application

Application It can function as a highly efficient anode material for lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries, a photocatalyst in electrolytic and photovoltaic solar cells, a friction material with excellent tribological properties in automotive brake pads, and a precursor material for synthesis of nanoparticles and other nanomaterials. High purity tin sulfide is suitable as a reference or internal standard material for impurity analysis, equipment calibration, method validation, quality control, and other applications where high pure materials are required including X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), thermal evaporation, and thin film deposition.
