Description

Description GaPS4 is a two-dimensional auxetic material with exotic mechanical and optical properties. In two-dimensional form, it exhibits a negative Poisson's ratio in both in-plane and out-of-plane directions. Bulk GaPS4 is a direct wide bandgap semiconductor with calculated bandgap values of 2.1 and 3.2 eV, depending on the function used.
