Description

Description The WSe2 film is a single layer of discretely distributed triangular single crystal grains, and the side length of the triangle is generally tens to 100 microns. WS2 has a variety of optional substrates, of which the sapphire substrate is a direct deposition product. Other substrates such as: SiO2/Si, silicon wafer, PET, PI, ITO, FTO, glass, metal substrate, etc., are transferred to the substrate required by customers by growing on sapphire.
