Description

Description This product consists of thin film CVD grown diamond on an undoped silicon substrate. CVD diamond is a quantum material that has been extensively studied in this field due to their potential applications in biological, electronic and quantum technologies. In particular, nitrogen vacancy centers (NV centers) are one of the most well-known point defects in CVD diamond. When NV centers are successfully introduced, it produces coherent photoluminescence that can be easily detected from individual NV centers, especially those in the negatively charged state (NV-).
