Description

Description CuFeTe crystals are a new dimension in the study of two-dimensional superconductors. CuFeTe is a unique material with the highest Tc temperature among layered materials.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits Cu atoms are perfectly incorporated into the superconducting FeTe matrix. These alloys are not phase separated, which means that Fe and Cu atoms are randomly distributed throughout the crystal. The Cu concentration was set to 50% (Cu1Fe1Te). Other ingredients are also available upon request.

Application

Application New 2D semiconductors, topological insulators, and superconductors have numerous applications in advanced technologies, and Alfa Chemistry engineers can guide customers in material characterization and selection.
