Description

Description Cr2Si2Te6 is a ternary compound that exhibits quasi-2D Ising ferromagnetic behavior with a bulk Curie temperature of Tc = 32 K, while the monolayer response is largely unknown.
Our crystals have been synthesized by flux zone growth techniques to produce highly crystalline Cr2Si2Te6 crystals with perfect 2:2:6 stoichiometry and high crystallinity.
