Description CdPS3 is a layered crystal belonging to the large MPX3 family, where M is a divalent transition metal, P is phosphorus, and X is sulfur. This crystal product is synthesized using flux zone growth to ensure the absence of defects and the absence of other phases (eg CdS2, CdS, PO2). If desired, our team can also electronically dope CdPS3 with Au, Pd or Ag.
