Description Black Arsenic Phosphorus (Black-AsP) alloys are two-dimensional anisotropic materials with strong similarities to the parent BLACK-ARSENIC and BLACK-PHOSPHORUS vdW crystals. Our b-AsP crystals are synthesized with high crystal quality and electronic/optical properties in mind.
