Description

Description Black arsenic is a layered semiconductor with extreme in-plane anisotropy. Our black arsenic crystals are grown without any mercury or phosphorus contamination and are 6N pure. These crystals can be up to 1 cm in size.

Features And Benefits

Features And Benefits Black arsenic has a wrinkled layered structure very similar to black phosphorus. Our black arsenic crystals are synthesized through our own innovative high voltage anvil cell technology. Our crystals do not contain phosphorus or mercury contamination. Our Raman and XRD peaks show sharp and discrete peaks associated with black arsenic flakes.
