Description

Description The product is a topological insulator thallium alloy BiTlTe (bismuth thallium telluride) crystal. Tl has been alloyed into the Bi2Te3 matrix to form Bi(2-x)TlxTe3 crystals in the range of x=0.7 and x=1.3.
